Greenspaces in our City are being replaced with new development. Preserving natural heritage (environmentally sensitive) lands for future generations is not only our duty, but an obligation that we cannot neglect as these lands are quickly becoming a diminishing resource. With this in mind, we invite you to join our efforts in doing our part to save lands worthy of conservation in our City.
About Our Organization
Greenvisions, Citizens For Brampton Conservation, formed in 2007, is a non-profit citizen group. Our goal is to promote improvements and inclusion of such lands to the full potential as greenspace for public enjoyment, preserving historic, natural, and aesthetic characters of our environment.
Greenvisions supports development but we believe that growth should come with a balance in order for us to accomplish the goal of being a truly sustainable City.

Our Objectives
The establishment and operation of a citizens' group concerned with conservation in the City of Brampton for the purposes of:
- Uniting persons interested in the conservation of the flora and fauna of Brampton, the city's natural beauties, and the beautification, preservation, and extension of the city's parks and green belts;
- Gathering and exchanging ideas, data, and scientific and other information relating to the conservation of the flora and fauna of the City of Brampton;
- Assuring the protection of, and enhancing appreciation of, the ecology and the natural environment, and such other complementary purposes not inconsistent with these objectives.
